Jessica Drumright (JD) is a true city native, born and raised in San Francisco, CA. And even though she is a very well-organized person, being a part of this fast-paced environment has taught her to appreciate the little things and to love the organized chaos that comes with it.

She would call herself a digital native. There aren’t a lot of software programs, applications or technologies that she hasn’t mastered. She is a highly motivated and results-driven person, leading teams in complex and fast-paced environments.

She is skilled in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and maximizing productivity. Adept at managing cross-functional teams and implementing effective solutions to meet business goals, she is a strategic thinker with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. She has a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies, increasing productivity, and implementing successful strategies to drive growth. She has strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders. Lastly, she is passionate about continuous improvement and using data-driven insights to inform decision making.

When she is not in the thick of the day-to-day, she is usually spending time with her family. They love to travel, eat, and play games as a family. She also loves spending time on staying healthy for herself, whether it be taking a class on her Peloton bike or practicing yoga, it has taught her to focus on how to be a better person, not only for herself, but for the people around her that she cares about the most.
